- Anti-A: Causes agglutination if red blood cells have A antigen.
- Anti-B: Causes agglutination if red blood cells have B antigen.
- Anti-D: Detects Rh factor (positive or negative).
Example: If Anti-A and Anti-D wells agglutinate, but Anti-B does not, the blood type is A+.
